The options were granted in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan and have an exercise price of $0.28 per share, with a five year term, vesting a third on the grant date, and an additional third vesting on each of the next two grant date anniversaries.
The Company issued an aggregate of 16,373,446 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately CDN$4.9 million in the Private Placements.
