We are excited to share our latest NetScribe release! This update represents a significant leap forward in how NetScribe handles complex delivery schedules.
Enabling Partial Document Delivery
We developed this new capability to meet the rigorous “progressive delivery” requirements of Australian courts. In these high-demand environments, teams must deliver whatever work is completed at set times throughout the day (for example: noon, 3:00 p.m., and end of day) or submit full proceedings within 90 minutes of adjournment.
NetScribe can now assemble these deliveries automatically.
While this was built for specific regional needs, the impact is global. As courts around the world modernize their technology, we expect many will want to take advantage of faster delivery cycles. Now, NetScribe better supports these rapid turnaround times.
Other Updates & Changes
- Wordlist Search: Users can now search for and reuse Wordlists by Matter Number. Additionally, Wordlist actions are now directly available within the Jobs Queue and Court Orders Jobs Queue.
- Advanced Formatter for FirstDraft: Customer’s Advanced Formatter templates can now be used with FirstDraft jobs.
- Multi-Format Downloads: The “Search Documents” screen now supports Multi-Format Document Download, allowing users to select multiple documents and export them into a single zip file for processing.
- Rich Text Metadata: Multi-line metadata fields now support Bold, Italic, and Underline formatting options.
- Speaker Management: We have removed the “One Time Speaker” checkbox entirely. Moving forward, all speakers are “one-time status” to ensure they are not erroneously added to the permanent Department Author list.
